Kylie Jenner Debuts New Hairdo at Event in West Hollywood

Kylie Jenner has changed her hairstyle yet again! The reality star debuted her new do at the launch of Bellami Beauty Bar in West Hollywood on Thursday.

As well as her icy blue locks, Kylie was also daring in the style stakes with a low-cut white jumpsuit. She posted a number of snaps from the event, where she was promoting her hair extensions range, on Instagram.
