'Tightlining' is the application of eyeliner to the inner corner of your lid which masks the space between your lid and the liner. This technique opens up your eyes and has the desired effect of making them look bigger. When it comes to tightlining, gel liner is recommended above pencil and liquid because it glides on and doesn’t tug the skin.
