Irish television presenter Glenda Gilson is reportedly engaged after her boyfriend Rob Macnaughton popped the question in New York. According to reports the Xposé star and her beau were heading to dinner last night when he took her to Central Park and got down on one knee. She told The Irish Mirror that she wasn’t expecting it at all: “I’m just over the moon. It was a big shock to be honest.” Glenda revealed that Rob, who she has been dating for three years, also asked her father for his permission: “My father was delighted to be asked, although it was difficult for him not to say it to anyone.” The couple, who have been dating for three years, are said to be due home tomorrow and we have no doubt there will be a few happy faces waiting for them!   Glenda and Rob just got engaged (image via Twitter/ @Glendagilson).
