Actress Billie Whitelaw has passed away at the age of 82.
Her son Matthew Miller reportedly confirmed the news to The Guardian, explaining that his mother died peacefully at a retirement home in north London.
He described her as an “incredibly loving mother” before adding: “I am going to miss her deeply.”
Billie was best known for playing the nanny in horror classic The Omen but also starred in The Krays and Hot Fuzz.
