Kym Marsh and Dan Hooper are reportedly heading for a reconciliation after she was spotted wearing her engagement ring at the British Soap Awards over the weekend. Just last week reports surfaced that the two had split and that Dan had moved out of the family home (however he played down these claims on Twitter). However a source told the Daily Mirror newspaper that the relationship is now back on track: "They are moving in the right direction. "Kym and Dan have been speaking and things seem to going on the right track - despite all the drama." Kym at the British Soap Awards. The source emphasized that the couple have not broken up but are merely taking a break. They explained: "The engagement is still on but their relationship is going to take time to recover, they think having time apart could do them the world of good." The pair in happier times leaving ITV Studios. The 38-year-old actress was nominated in the Best Storyline category but lost out on the night to the 'Who Killed Lucy?' one by EastEnders. Speaking about the nomination, the source said: "It should be very exciting being up for such a big award but obviously issues in her personal life have put a big dampener on things. "It's been an upsetting and draining week for both Kym and Dan. They're still hopeful of sorting things out but it's very difficult with the media spotlight on them."
