Kelly Rowland may have said that she was too busy to walk down the aisle but that doesn’t appear to have stopped her other half from popping the question. The singer has ignited rumours that she is engaged to her manager beau Tim Witherspoon after being spotted with a sparkler on her ring finger. Representatives for the Destiny’s Child star are yet to confirm the news but the ring, which Kelly showed off in a birthday video message to her friend’s child, seems to have confirmed it. According to reports this morning the couple have been seeing each other, on and off, for over four years now. Kelly was previously engaged to American football player Roy Williams but they broke up in 2006.
