Katie Hopkins has launched a scathing attack on mothers who choose to stay at home with their children, rather than go out to work.
The 38-year-old began her rant by saying that women use gender discrimination in the workplace as an excuse for not working, “Misogyny is just a more concise way of saying business is too tough for me.”
She then added: “Full time mummy is not an occupation. It is merely a biological status.”
The former
Apprentice star then went on to add more tweets, pictured below.

Reactions from her 115,320 Twitter followers were mixed, some tweeted their support of her statements which Hopkins retweeted while others disagreed with her opinions.
This is not the first time Katie has made known her views on parenting, she was recently involved in a heated debate with Peaches Geldof which aired on ITV’s
This Morning.
The mother-of-three criticised the attachment parenting method that Peaches uses with her children.
However, the popular opinion is that Ms Geldof won that particular argument which can be viewed
