Louis Walsh Gives His Thoughts On This Year’s X Factor Panel

Louis Walsh has given his opinion on this year’s X Factor panel. The former judge revealed that he thinks Simon Cowell, Cheryl Fernandez-Versini, Nick Grimshaw and Rita Ora need more time to get into the swing of things. Louis Walsh revealed his thoughts about the new panel (image: ITV). He told Lorraine: “When you’ve got a new panel, it takes time for them to settle. I think Rita is good, she’s funny. “Simon is good, he needs a few new lines. Cheryl is Cheryl… What is that other guy, what’s his name?” (Ouch!) Louis, who has returned to management since leaving the show, added: “Simon hired them, this is Simon’s show. He hires and he fires so he has to make it right.” This year’s X Factor has already taken a bit of a hit in ratings and with Strictly Come Dancing making a return this weekend, the pressure is on.
