The Transformers actress announced her split from Brian Austin Green (42) last year after five years of marriage, and their divorce is still pending. The pair are parents to four-year-old Noah and two-year-old Bodhi, and have been spotted spending an increasing amount of time together recently on family outings. Multiple sources told E!
