Kanye West has been charged with criminal battery and attempted grand theft auto for his alleged attack on a paparazzo.
According to RadarOnline.com the charges concern an incident back in July during which the rapper went for a photographer who was trying to snap him at Los Angeles International Airport.

A source said: “Kanye came out of the terminal and attacked the videographer by allegedly grabbing his shoulders and punched him.”
The victim was apparently rushed to hospital for treatment following the scrap, which is just one of Kanye’s unpleasant encounters with the press.
The rapper with his girlfriend, and mother of his child, Kim Kardashian.
Earlier year, the chart-topper didn’t react well when a photographer captured the moment he walked into a signpost on camera.
The Stronger star, who has just welcomed a daughter with girlfriend Kim Kardashian, faces up to one year in prison if found guilty. He will be arraigned on October 10th.
