Snoop Dogg made a dig at Caitlyn Jenner this week, referring to her as a ‘science project’ in a social media post.
The rapper was promoting Akon’s new initiative to bring solar power to 600 million people in Africa, but took the opportunity to make a comment on the recent media attention surrounding Caitlyn Jenner.
In a snap uploaded to his Instagram account, Snoop wrote:
‘Shout out to Akon! He is about to supply 600 million Africans with solar power. I'm really upset that this isn't major news but that science project Bruce Jenner is #society’
The comment was branded disgusting by many of his followers, while others online highlighted that Snoop had brought attention to a media bias but had been insulting in airing his issue with the lack of coverage.
Neither Akon nor Caitlyn Jenner have made a comment on the photo caption.
