Claire Sweeney has given the world its first glimpse of her baby boy, Jaxon Reilly Sweeney, on the cover of OK! magazine.
The former soap star also told the publication that she and Daniel Reilly, who split up weeks before she found out she was pregnant, are back together.
She explained: “Yes, he’s with me. He’s amazing and he couldn’t be any more supportive or a better dad. Having Jaxon made us so much closer and suddenly we feel like a team.
“I finally feel like everything is coming together, my relationship, my beautiful baby boy, everything is good, I feel so blessed.”
And she isn’t the only celebrity mum to show off her new arrival. Natasha Hamilton and Ritchie Neville also appear on the cover with their daughter Ella Rose.
