Actress Hilary Duff has split from her husband of three years, former NHL hockey player Mike Comrie. According to E! Online, the pair have broken up after three years of marriage, but remain friends. "Hilary Duff and husband Mike Comrie have mutually decided to an amicable separation," Duff's rep said in a statement. "They remain best friends and will continue to be in each other's lives. They are dedicated to loving and parenting their amazing son, and ask for privacy at this time." According to sources close to the couple, the split did not occur from any incident in particular. The pair simply drifted apart, despite trying couple’s therapy. Duff and Comrie tied the knot in August of 2010. The pair welcomed their first child in March of last year, Luca Cruz Comrie. The pair were spotted just last week out and about with their son, proving that they are amicable despite the split.
