It’s a hotly contested title year on year, and in 2012 we had to agree when Channing Tatum was named People magazine’s Sexiest Man Alive.
Sadly it’s time for Tatum to hand over the crown, and as of this week a successor has been chosen. Following in the footsteps of Bradley Cooper, Ryan Reynolds and many other beautiful men is… Adam Levine.

The Maroon 5 front man has bagged the title for 2013, and was presented with a copy of the magazine live on Tuesday night’s episode of The Voice, as he is a judge on the American series.
The 34 year old singer, who is engaged to Victoria’s Secret model Behati Prinsloo, beat quite the eclectic collection of men to the top spot; Idris Elba was number two, country crooner Luke Bryan was third, talk show host Jimmy Fallon claimed fourth, while Bruno Mars rounded out the top five.
