You’ll Never Guess Which Irish Hero is Spending St. Patrick’s Day in The White House

Ireland’s Stephanie Roche will be spending St Patrick’s Day in the White House it was announced today. The soccer star, who recently signed for Houston Dash in America, received an invitation from the American President, Barack Obama, to join him at the famous White House for the celebration. Stephanie announced the news on Twitter earlier today.

The former Peamount United player made headlines worldwide when her goal against Wexford Youths in October 2013 was nominated for the FIFA Goal of The Year along with Robin Van Persie and James Rodriguez.
