Jules and Matisse are this year's winners
There were some impressive acts on this year's series and to be honest, we found it difficult to choose a favourite from tonight's final.
In second place was magician Jamie Raven and Welsh choir Cor Glanaethwy were awarded third place.

From the adorable Jules and Matisse to Old Men Grooving and their epic moves, we loved every minute of this evening's final.
