TV presenter Brendan O’Connor made a massive announcement on tonight's The Saturday Night Show.
The popular host revealed that this season will be the last season of the show which has been running for five years.
“Basically after we beat The Late Late we decided that we’d kind of proven our point,” he stated with a laugh.
“So we’re not gone yet, there’s ten more shows to go. I think we on the team all feel quite liberated now so it will be a very interesting few months. Think about it, what are they going to do? Take us off the air?
“I hope you don’t get too upset,” he continued. “I have an exciting new show in the works for next season.”
