This looks promising.
Only a few months to go until we see our favourite mother-daughter duo on screen again.
The Gilmore Girls reboot is getting closer by the day and just ahead of its release on Netflix a page from the script has been shared online.
Entertainment Weekly are the lucky folks to first get their hands on it and thankfully they're sharing it with the rest of us.
According to them when Alexis, who plays Rory, first saw the script she said, "I read the first three in one sitting. I was on page 7 or 8 when I remembered: Of course, this is that inviting town where everything is so familiar.
"And I felt like I was enveloped back into that time and place; wherever it exists in people’s imaginations, I was reminded of where it was in mine. It was so easy to just jump back in and get to work. Which is lucky — because I had to the next day."
While Lauren, who plays Lorelei said, "Part of what was surreal was that we didn’t have much time to look forward to it and prepare. We had wanted to do it for a while, but the amount of time in which it became a reality was really short."
The creator of the show, Amy Sherman-Palladino, has shared the first script for the first episode entitled 'Winter' which was filmed in April. The scene sets up the first time we'll see Lorelei and Rory back together on screen after Rory appears to have flown in to visit Stars Hollow.
