One of the UK's most successful and acclaimed young artists of 2014 helps us kick off the New Year with two brilliant recordings at Dublin's Workman's Club.
In just over five months The Sunday Sessions has brought you exclusive intimate performances from some of Ireland's greatest emerging talent along with up-and-coming international stars, one of which is the lovely Nick Mulvey.
Commencing last year on the BBC Sound of 2014 poll, Nick spent the next last 12 months taking his hypnotic acoustic music to all four corners of the globe. Nick performed
'Nitrous', the track that first made us fall in love with him.

Nick also performed track '
Meet You There' taken from his Mercury Prize nominated debut album,
First Mind, before a quick chat with our girl Grace O'Reilly.

Nick discussed the added pressures of musical nods before releasing material, the transition between being in a group to going solo and his Irish heritage - the name gave it away.
