US bodybuilder Lea-Ann Ellison came under heavy fire when she posted snaps of herself lifting weights just two weeks before her due date.
Determined to stay in shape during pregnancy, the 35-year old told media at the time:
"I loved being a Mom but I wanted to be a HOT Mom."

The mum of two has now posted new snaps of her working out in the gym with her son, showing her post-baby figure, saying:
'I hope to inspire other ladies to be healthy and fit while pregnant and after. If you don't like it, sit your ass on a couch and eat a donut.'

The pictures have caused a media storm, with mothers outraged at the claims of high intensity exercising so close to a due date. Other mothers took to Twitter and Facebook supporting the weightlifter for her post-baby body.
