American Holiday Competition Terms and Conditions

• Winners must be over 18 years of age.
• Tickets and hotel are subject to availability at the time of booking.
• Travel must be completed by 29SEP2015. Some blackout dates apply and no extensions will be made.
• Booking must be made by 31 May.  Hotel stay is on room only basis.
• Travel insurance is not included.
• Any extra nights stay/upgrades or additions must be paid by the prize winner.
• The validity of the tickets cannot be extended and changes are not permitted once tickets are issued.                                                                                          
• Tickets are non-transferable, are not redeemable for cash value and cannot be auctioned.
• Both passengers must travel together on the same flights.
• Frequent Flyer miles do not apply to this transportation.
• These tickets are not valid on codeshare flights.
•  The winner is responsible for being in possession of a valid passport and visa where necessary.
• The winner is responsible for paying all applicable taxes and surcharges.
• American Holidays holds the right to the prize.
