Gardaí have launched an investigation after a child’s body was discovered in a Dublin apartment. The body of a two-year-old boy was found following a callout to a Ridge Hall apartment in Ballybrack at approximately 3pm. Gardaí have sealed off the area for technical examination and are treating the death as suspicious. According to RTÉ News, the boy is believed to have suffered severe injuries. A woman has been arrested in connection with the child’s death and is being held as Dún Laoghaire Garda Station.
