2. Dirty Dancing
No-one puts baby in the corner, and for good reason too. She carried a water-melon and he taught her how to dance in the sweaty heat of an American summer resort. We WILL perfect the dance lift... even if it does involve bottles of wine and an unwilling partner.
3. Pitch Perfect
We're not afraid to admit that we think this film is aca-awesome. Yes, it's a little cheesy, but Fat Amy, the singing mash-ups and the cup-song are the saving graces for this chick flick. You'll want to start your own acapella group by the end credits.
4. Mean Girls
LiLo rocks our world as Cady in this massive hit movie. Who can't love a film that's given us more cultural references than any modern day movie? #OnWednesdaysWeWearPink, #YouGoGlenCoCo, #ThatIsSoFetch,
These girls are fierce, and we love it. It's official, no girls' night in is complete without it.
5. The Notebook
Noah and Ali will forever live on as the greatest love story of our lives. He built her a dream house and wrote her 365 letters, one every day for a year. We think it's romantic when the other half lets us take control of the remote. All we can say is, this film has a lot to answer for our crazy expectations on boyfriends. And we wouldn't change it for a minute.
You'll cry, your friends will cry. You'll all cry together. It'll be beautiful.
6. Clueless
This one's a no-brainer. Relive the very best of the 90s in this classic high school hit.
7. Pretty Woman
"Big mistake. Huge." Everyone's favourite Rodeo Drive shopping spree is just one of the many highlights of this classic flick.
From the moment Richard Gere sees Julia in all her beauty in that drop-dead gorgeous LBD, to that diamond necklace, falling in love on screen has never looked or felt so good to watch.
8. Breakfast at Tiffany's
Breakfast at Tiffany's is one of the most iconic movies of all time and made Audrey Hepburn a screen legend for generations to come. End of.
9. The Devil Wears Prada
The fashion, the cat fights, the back-stabbing and those iconic eye rolls from Meryl. This is a major crowd pleaser.
From those head-turning coats as she strutted through the streets of New York, to her couture fashion peak in Chanel at Paris Fashion Week, Andy Sachs transformed into a true fashionista before our very eyes. And we can't get enough of it.
10. 10 Things I Hate About You
It was the movie that saw girls worldwide fall head over heels with Heath Ledger and made all of us wish we were Julia Stiles. Yes, you might know it word for word by now, but there's a reason it's watched over and over again. One of the best high school rom coms ever.
11. Love Actually
It doesn't matter what time of the year it is, watching this Christmas classic is always a great decision. That's just a fact.
12. Amélie
The 2001 French comedy stars Audrey Tatou carefully orchestrating the lives of those around her, in a bid to spread a little happiness. The perfect uplifting movie for a brilliant girls' night in.
