Many companies reply to customer queries with a standard response that sounds like it could have been crafted by robots... but not Tesco.
The retail chain received a letter from two students at St Andrews complaining that their favourite popcorn had disappeared from their local branch.
In fairness to them, the pair went the extra mile with their complaint, penning a Shakespeare-inspired sonnet outlining their disappointment at the development, and sent it straight to the company's chairman.
Two months passed without a reply but when Tesco finally issued their response, it was definitely worth the wait....
