Carlow Farmer Appears On The Six One News And His Hat Is The Centre Of Attention

If you were watching the Six One news this evening (or scrolling Twitter around that time), you might have noticed a new viral sensation. A farmer from Carlow was interviewed in relation to the current controversy surrounding Eddie Downey and calls for him to resign as president of the Irish Farmer's Association. It seems that RTÉ later removed the clip from their online player but not before a few people managed to snap of the farmer and his rather unique choice of hat. Only in Ireland. ONLY in Ireland.
