It's not even Halloween.
We're all for building up to Christmas early enough but this is just crazy.
We've seen some shops with selection boxes and sweets for sale but that's just practical to stock up nice and early. They can at least be packed away in the cupboard and out of sight until it's appropriate to break them open.
But lights going up right now is FAR too early for our liking. Spin1038 DJ Thomas Cross noticed that Christmas lights have already been put up in Dublin City.
Madness.
Let's just hope they've put them up and don't intend on switching them on until the normal date.
