There are a couple of days every year when the body and mind simply need a duvet day. A well-deserved 24 hours of doing absolutely nothing at all. That's just scientific fact. Or at least that's what we tell ourselves.
Now that we're almost four months into 2015, it seems like a good time to start planning this day of total rest and relaxation.

That's right, a global fundraising campaign called
GOAL Duvet Day will be taking place on Thursday April 30th, and now is the time for you and your workmates to get involved.
How does it work?
- Get your workplace to sign up for Goal's Duvet Day. You can do that here.
- Download your duvet pack and promote it within your organisation.
- Get your workmates involved - tickets are €10. Host a draw in your office on April 30th.
- The lucky winner bags themselves a day off work... and free pizza from Apache Pizza!
