Planning a funeral is always heartbreaking, but for a life cut so short, the pain must be unimaginable.
Unfortunately for Natalie Henderson, that was a reality she faced in September this year when her daughter Alice died.
So when Natalie had to plan a funeral, and pick out clothes for her little girl to be buried in, she and her partner went to John Lewis in Aberdeen, unsure of what to pick or how to handle the emotions they were faced with dealing.
Three months later, Natalie took to Facebook to post a thank you note on John Lewis’ official page about her experience that day – and the comment has now gone viral.
Writing about the difficult time, Natalie explained:
