Last night saw the first of our #HerTalks, a new series of live events brought to you from Her.ie, which will focus on the many issues affecting women in modern Ireland.
Leading the line-up was Sinn Féin Vice President and #GE16 candidate, Mary Lou McDonald.
Her.ie's Liz McMugh also joined Women For Election representatives on stage to discuss female roles in government and the importance of the young vote in the upcoming election.
Today FM's news broadcaster Susan Keogh spoke about her incredible viral response to a Twitter troll who shamed her for being a working mother.
Closing the evening,
Her.ie's Cassie Delaney spoke about our work alongside Women's Aid, to combat digital abuse and the phenomenal response we have received to #StandAgainstUCD200,
this two-minute survey that could help change Irish law.
We streamed the whole event on Facebook, and if you missed it you can watch it back here.
