Her pumpkin game is seriously strong.  We were extremely impressed earlier on with a pumpkin carving of our favourite man Marty Morrissey this morning but now, one Westmeath lady has risen to the challenge. You may remember Sophie Hegarty’s pretty amazing Minion bale of hay a few months back. This was pretty genius. Well, she’s only gone and done it again - this time, right before Halloween. We thought the Mullingar lass did a good job last year when she paid homage to them in truly epic pumpkin style... Sophie's creation in 2014. But in all honesty, we think 2015 has really been her year to shine – from bales of hay to this… Can we all give Sophie a round of applause please? She uploaded the snap on Facebook. We think she needs to start selling her creations to Minions fans everywhere. More importantly though, what on earth is she going to create for Christmas?!
