— Her.ie (@Herdotie) July 11, 2016Met Éireann also brought the good news about the weather in their broadcast on RTÉ recently, but, while doing so, they had the most Irish weather forecast ever. We all know that when there's any bit of sun in Ireland people begin to say, "There's a grand stretch in the evening", or the classic, "That's great drying weather there." And Met Éireann decided to include the latter in their broadcast at the start of this week. Eagle-Eyed viewer Lee spotted the clever addition to the weather outlook which Evelyn Cusack was presenting. When giving an overview of what we can expect a few lines appeared alongside her which read:
"This Week Monday to Wednesday Less humid/good drying Sunny spells & summer showers"
Does this happen in any other countries I wonder?#gooddrying pic.twitter.com/js1RcAdmDJ — Lee (@Lee_Goff) July 11, 2016Take a bow RTÉ, it put a smile on our face anyway.
