Jason Simons is a graphic artist from Slovakia who specialises in detailed maps of the world.
Best known for his
world map of the Internet, Simons decided to focus on Europe in his latest series of works.
This picture is his first regional map of the 'World In 2100 Series'.
The artist writes: "After global warming and rising of sea level sharply escalated, sea level is now 100 meters higher than it was in year 2000."[sic]

The map shows the fictional 2100 rising sea level scenario.
The country's most popular weather presenter tweeted a similar map earlier this evening.
