It’s probably fair to say that no one was expecting the result from the Germany and Brazil match last night and we mean nobody. The German side played some stunning football in the first half, putting away four goals in just six minutes.
However, someone else who really wasn’t expecting the amount of goals scored in the match was the Roisín Dubh pub in Galway. Earlier that evening, they had advertised the following offer, probably believing, like most, that the game may in fact be a scoreless draw.
However, 7 goals later they were certainly regretting that decision.
