The study, carried out by Ann Summers, surveyed 1,000 women and 600 men to see what works for them when it comes to achieving a 'moregasm' (their word, not ours).
While the formula itself might not be too surprising, we can definitely see that it makes a lot of sense.
The research revealed some very interesting results including that 25 per cent of women says stress is responsible for killing the mood.
For men, the biggest barrier to climaxing is alcohol, as 24 per cent of those surveyed cited this as a problem.
Other things that get in the way of sexytime include feeling too warm (12 per cent), interruptions from children (13 per cent) and worrying that other people might be nearby (19 per cent).
