Prepare to feel a little shaky!
As sports go, we all know it doesn't get any tougher than the GAA.
But even amongst the best, there has to be time out for a bit of fun.
Check out the Cavan Senior Ladies and their management team taking on the Dizzy Penalty Challenge this week.
The team have an unbeaten streak heading in to this weekend's match against Donegal in the Tesco Homegrown NFL Division 2 league, and if this proves anything it's that these ladies are cool under pressure.
