First of all, we brought you the news that Pat Kenny was on a hoverboard at work, and now it's a man of the cloth who has been trying out the gadget of the moment.
However, the Filipino priest was suspended for his...unorthodox use of a hoverboard during Christmas Eve Mass. We suppose it's one way to get the parishioner's attention.

The priest glided gracefully up the main aisle of the church on his chosen form of transport while treating church-goers to a rendition of a Christmas carol.
According to Mashable, the priest who was in the parish of Laguna in the Philippines was suspended: "The priest said that it was a wake up call for him; he acknowledged that his action was not right and promised that it will not happen again. He will be out of the parish and will spend some time to reflect on this past event. He would like to apologize for what happened."
We can't blame him for trying to make mass a bit more interesting for church-goers. It makes a change, keeps things fresh.
