And this two-minute pizza-in-a-mug recipe has taken our relationship to the next level.
In fact, we may never leave the house again as we don't want to be away from it.
We KNOW pizza is already the ultimate lazy-day food, but this recipe, spotted on
Unilad has taken convenience tothe next level, and for a fraction of the price/time it takes to get your hands on a greasy dominos.
The genius recipe, coined by YouTuber Gemma Stafford, requires the following ingredients:
-4 tablespoons all purpose flour
-1/8 teaspoon baking powder
-1/16 teaspoon baking soda
-1/8 teaspoon salt
-3 tablespoons milk
-1 tablespoon olive oil
-1 tablespoon marinara (tomato) sauce
-1 tablespoon shredded mozzarella cheese
-5 mini pepperoni
-1/2 teaspoon dried Italian herbs
You basically mix all the wet ingredients in a mug, then top with your pizza sauce, herbs, cheese and toppings and pop in the microwave for 70 - 90 seconds.
