The popular political drama returns to Netflix for the fourth season, on March 4th, and just ahead of that Frank Underwood has a few words of inspiration.
In the clip, which was played during the Golden Globes last night, Frank (Kevin Spacey) addresses the nation and tells them what kind of leader they deserve.
The clips cuts from Frank at his desk in the White House, to some of the most shocking moments from the first three seasons.
