Greek singer Demis Roussos has died aged 68.
The news of Roussos death was confirmed to the BBC by the Hygeia Hospital in Athens.
The singer, who sold more than 60 million albums worldwide, was bring treated at the private hospital with an undisclosed illness for some time.
Roussos, a member of progressive rock group Aphrodite’s Child, was best known for his solo hits ‘Forever And Ever’ and ‘Goodbye’.
