The Department of Foreign Affairs has released information for people planning travel to Belgium in the wake of this morning's attacks on Brussels.
Speaking about the horrific attacks, Minister for Foreign Affairs and Trade, Charlie Flanagan TD said: "I am horrified by reports of multiple explosions in Brussels, Belgium and my thoughts are with those affected.
"The Consular Section of my Department, in conjunction with our Embassy in Belgium, are working with the local authorities.
"Anyone with concerns for family and friends can contact the Consular Division of my Department on +353 1 418 0200".

Multiple explosions have been reported in Brussels on 22 March 2016. Any Irish citizens in Belgium should exercise extreme caution and closely follow the instructions of the local authorities.
Current indications are that public transport in Brussels will be closed until further notice, and Brussels airport will be closed until 23 March. Further updates to this information will be placed here at a later date.
