Another commented: "Looks horrible those poor girls need food". Much of the criticism was directed at 17-year-old Peyton Knight who has been described as a "skeleton" by some online users. However, not everyone had the same view with another person writing: "It takes all sizes to make a world. A persons weight is nobody else's business."
