Camilla Luddington may be used to wearing her Grey's Anatomy scrubs, but it turns out things used to be royally different.
The actress has starred in the long-running medical drama as Dr Jo Wilson since 2012.
But before she was in the halls of Grey Sloan Memorial, the 33-year-old featured as Kate Middleton in the made for TV movie, William & Kate.
The film was originally released in April 2011, just days before the couple's wedding.
The Lifetime movie chronicled the couple's history, from the moment they first met and all through the ups and downs of their public relationship.
The English-born actress starred alongside New Zealander Nico Evers-Swindell, who played Prince William.
And while the movie was met with mixed reviews from critics, apparently it got the regal seal of approval from Prince William and Kate.

The stars of the small screen story told Access Hollywood at the time that the pair "loved" the TV movie.
Camilla said:
“Well, actually, yesterday… we heard that Will and Kate did see the film — from an insider — and they loved it.
“They had a laugh, probably got some popcorn in and sat down — no, apparently, they loved it!”
Camilla went on to appear in the fifth season of Showtime's comedy-drama Californication as a nanny, before joining the fifth season of HBO drama True Blood as Claudette.
