Loadsa names, loadsa storms.
Remember a few months back we, as a nation, suffered an incredible number of storms that left us without power, without a means of travel, and maybe most tragically – without bread.
It was harrowing and we’d rather if similar scenarios didn’t arise any time soon, thanks.
In true Ireland style, looks like they might be on the way regardless because Met Eireann have revealed exactly what any upcoming storms will be called and we are honestly less than excited.
The storm names – which apply to both Ireland and the UK – appear in alphabetical order, meaning that Storm Ali will be the first weather event to take the country by, ahem, storm.
