H&M’s latest designer collab is perfect if you want to add a splash of colour to your home

Trine Jensen-Burke

Perfect for the season.

If you have been thinking you need a little more colour in your life, look right this way.

H&M Home has a new designer collab, and this time, they have teamed up with India Mahdavi, interior designer and architect extraordinaire.

Mahdavi is known for her playful palettes and her impeccable style, and this year’s H&M HOME designer collab will let you bring her iconic style into your very own home.

Gradient colour play, bright shades, and out-of-focus graphics set the tone for a unique collection of home interior details.

The collection focuses on artisanal knowledge and high-quality materials. The beautiful, crafted ceramics – patterned vases and tableware in vivid colourways – are all produced in Europe.

For the soft pieces of the collection – among them, a handwaved rug and blanket in 100 percent merino wool – the Indian traditions of weaving and other texture craft proved to be the perfect place for the production.

Over the last 20 years, Mahdavi has created an extensive collection of incredible interiors (you’ve probably seen her work in some of the most Instagrammed restaurants and boutiques of London, Paris and Tokyo).
