“I think it’s a bad example for all the women out there and the young girls.”

Love Island star Ekin-Su Cülcüloğlu has announced that she will no longer be using filters on Instagram.

In a recent Instagram story, Ekin-Su shared that she feels using filters sets a bad example for women and girls.

She said: “I’ve also decided I’m not going to be using filters anymore. I think it’s a bad example for all the women out there and young girls. So no more filter!”

Ekin-Su and her partner Davide Sanclimenti finished in first place on the reality dating competition, raking in a huge percentage of the final public vote. The pair received a whopper 63.69% of the votes, ahead of Luca and Gemma (14.47%), Dami and Indiyah (11.77%), and Tasha and Andrew (10.07%).

Earlier this week, Ekin-Su and Davide revealed that they would be officially moving in together.

Chatting to Christine Lampard on Lorraine, Ekin-Su spilled the tea.

“Basically we’ve decided that we are moving in together, confirmed,” she said. “It’s official. And we are thinking perhaps end of September we’re thinking to possibly move into Essex, where I’m from.

“Davide’s not been to Essex and I feel like it’s so nice because it’s near London, it’s easy to travel to, bit of countryside but then also a bit of that edginess to it as well.”

Ekin-Su went on to explain that since leaving the Love Island villa fro the “real world”, they’ve only gotten closer.

“We’ve got each other,” she said. “We just trust each other, and like I said in the villa, without trust there is no foundation in any relationship, so you know how it is.”

Shortly after they left the show, Ekin-Su and Davide delighted fans by announcing that they’ll be getting their own ITV2 series where they’ll travel together around Turkey and Italy.
