Needless to say, it was not a low key affair.
Her boyfriend bought her a VERY expensive Rolls Royce (casual), while her mom got her a $10,000 suit case.

Kylie also celebrated in style with a pretty lavish 21st birthday party, which was wall-to-wall celebrity.
On the night, Kylie wore two GORGEOUS outfits, but truthfully it was her hair that stole the show.
The billionairess had super long, platinum blonde hair, and it was super extra.
And, in a not-so-shocking twist, her hair did not come cheap.

Hair Extension extraordinaire Violet Teriti, who also works with Jennifer Lopez, Margot Robbie, and Kim Kardashian West, was responsible for the long locks.
The lovely humans at Refinery29 spoke with Violet about the style, and how much it cost.
“Kylie’s weft of hair was about 400 grams, which I typically sell for between $6000 and $8000.”
