The hair hack we’ll be putting to use immediately.

Going to the gym takes effort and sometimes the whole hair-washing thing becomes a pain in the ass.

Obviously, it’s a necessity but some days there just isn’t time, particularly if you have thick, unruly hair that doesn’t behave like you might want it to,

Thankfully, this particular tip will come in very handy for those days when post-gym hair washing is simply not an option.

Dry shampoo is a staple in most beauty bags and you’ve probably used it to try and fix your mane in a hurry.

However, you may not have thought of using dry shampoo BEFORE going to the gym, the one hair hack that’s guaranteed to make gym days much easier.

Applied to your roots pre-exercise, it works wonders at soaking up perspiration which hopefully makes the post-rescue hair operation much easier.

At the very least, your scalp will soak some of the sweat up and you’ll be able to get from A to B much quicker.

Note that this isn’t recommended on a regular basis as sweat, even minimal amounts can clog pores, leading to breakouts, not ideal.

Not to mention the fact that dry shampoo can irritate your scalp when overused.

That said, it’s a very useful tip to have when you’re in a hurry and of course, you can always wash your hair later on.

We’ve said it before and we’ll say it again, how did we manage without dry shampoo?
