A Dig At Gwyneth? Jennifer Lawrence Dismisses Gluten-Free Diet As ‘The New Cool Eating Disorder’

Jennifer Lawrence has hit out at strict modern diets, saying that going gluten-free is "the new cool eating disorder". The Hunger Games actress is dating Coldplay singer Chris Martin and in what many have taken as a swipe at his ex-wife Gwyneth Paltrow, Lawrence criticised health food trends and those who take the "basically I don't eat carbs" approach during an interview with Vanity Fair. Paltrow is well-known for running lifestyle site GOOP and sticking to a strict macrobiotic diet. The 24-year-old also revealed that all she is looking for in a man is “somebody to watch TV with me” and we hope Chris likes reality shows, as Jen admitted her favourites include Real Housewives and Dance Moms. “I don’t like fighting, and I find argumentative people the most annoying people on the planet. Like, why do you still want to be fighting? It’s just unattractive. We should both just move on and watch TV. Basically, what I’m saying is all I need in a relationship is somebody to watch TV with me.” “[I want a partner who], you know, isn’t afraid to fart in front of me [rather] than to have big, passionate love. I’d rather have just a peaceful time. [Those relationships] are deeper because you can be your true self with somebody, and somebody can be their true self with you.”
