Amy Childs and her boyfriend Bradley Wright welcomed their first child last month and now, they’ve revealed the little one’s name.
In the interview accompanying her cover shoot for OK magazine, Amy said that she and Bradley decided to go the traditional route when it came to choosing the all-important name.
Chatting to the publication, the former TOWIE regular said:
“Her full name is Polly Childs-Wright. We liked the traditional names”.
Before Polly arrived, the couple were in favour of the name India and Elsie was also an option but when she arrived, the couple decided that neither of those names suited.
In the end, it was Bradley who suggested Polly with Amy in favour of this choice.
The new mother also spoke of how difficult she found giving birth, describing it as a ‘terrifying’ experience.
“Labour was terrifying. I thought I was going to die; I’m not going to lie to you, it was horrific.
“I just had no idea it would be so painful”.
