Dental technician Margarita Palestino has filed a lawsuit claiming Charlie Sheen sexually assaulted her during a dental visit on September 25.
In her complaint, the technician says that she was working with Dr George Bogen and Dr Jaime Azdair when the actor ripped off a nitrous oxide mask and shouted “I’m going to f***ing kill you!”
When Dr Bogen asked Ms Palestino to replace the mask, the technician claims that forty nine-year-old Sheen grabbed her “left breast area”.
Court papers obtained by People say that Sheen pulled down the technician’s bra strap “in an attempt to open or remove her bra”.
Ms Palestino also claims that the fomer Two and a Half Men star threatened Dr Azdair with a knife although she was not in the room at the time.
When Ms Palestinto returned to the room, she said that Sheen refused to sit still and wait for a topical anaesthetic to take effect.
The technician claims he then “violently bolted out of the dental chair, and forcefully punched her chest.” In the lawsuit, she is asking for compensation for “physical injury, pain and suffering, and mental anguish.”
Sheen’s lawyer, Marty Singer, told TMZ that the lawsuit is a ridiculous claim by an opportunist looking to make her 15 minutes of fame and my client is confident he will prevail in this absurd lawsuit.”
